If you do what you've always done, you will usually generate the result you have always gotten. This can be positive if it is in the context of one doing something positive repeatedly to generate the desired result. But in this context, I am talking about self-sabotage and repeating the same mistakes and not looking at your own part in these mistakes. Don't like the way things are and where you are at with your health, relationships, work, financial situation, etc..? Stop doing what you have always done if you don't like the result. Period. Simple cause and effect. Yes, I'm being very general here, but this principle is universal. I personally just came to this conclusion with something in my own life and am very glad I did. It is so simple, so true, and very powerful. Once you are aware of something that you may have been doing, or not doing, that is limiting your potential to make yourself or something in your life better, you regain power. The power of choice.
