Never undervalue yourself and what you are capable of!
This is something I've had to learn again myself, so I'm not saying this from a place of perfection... NEVER undervalue who you are, what you know, what you can do, and what you are capable of, EVER!!
Evidently, people often seem to have this "predisposition" to these issues in today's world. It is utter and total BS! Do your past “failures” and missed opportunities truly define who you are and what your future will be? Nope, no, and hell no. These are all learning lessons that everyone has the opportunity, the privilege, and obligation to learn and grow from. Mistakes and failures are completely necessary for growth and learning to occur.
“a master has failed more times than a beginner has tried” - Stephen McCranie
Everyone has skills, abilities, personalities, and their own flavor that makes them unique. Don't let yourself get stressed out and be paralyzed by fear, uncertainty, doubt, and everything else that we adopt that brings us down.
To add to this, let's talk about being truly ethical. You are required to live up to your potential to truly be ethical. What this really means is that if you do not live up to your true potential, if you let your skills and abilities, your gifts, everything you have been blessed with go to waste and put in little to no effort "the bare minimum", you are being unethical to yourself and to all of those close to you in your life.
Again, never undervalue who you are, what you know, what you can do, and what you are capable of. Everyone has room to improve, and they should. It is everyone's duty, responsibility, and obligation to live up to their fullest potential in EVERY area of their lives. Mentally, Physically, Spiritually, every single area!
That being said, what lies and self-limiting negative mantras of limitation are you telling yourself and have been told in your life? What is holding you back? What are you doing or not doing that is holding you back? Write it down, really think about it, and realize how false and full of crap we can all be at times.
There are many ways to do this, but what you can do is work on eliminating your self-limiting beliefs and limiting factors that are holding you back in becoming the greatest, strongest, healthiest, most balanced and vibrant version of yourself that you can be.
Don't wait for next month or any other ideal or better time. There is no better time than now.
